I er not-so-randomly came across your 'webcam' comment on the 'LOL' poll page. You can add the webcam box/thingamabob by clicking the button on the top right of your page 'edit page'. It should be in there along with other various boxes you can add - some you cannot add because you need a subscription.
If I remember right it'll ask the URL of whatever picture/animation you want to put in that box. Hope that helps.
